Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Servicing Risk Process Manager.
Must be able to:
- Oversee audits, exams, and reviews
- Work investors, regulators, auditors, and outside consultants and attorneys
- Craft and distribute daily status updates to senior and executive leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or 10 years of comparable work experience
- Specialized training in Risk management, Process Improvement, Six Sigma
- 5-6 years mortgage servicing experience, including risk management
- Comfortable in Microsoft Visio, Project, Access, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Regulatory working experience and proficient knowledge of investor guidelines
- Working knowledge of operational best practices and risk and control frameworks
