Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Servicing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Functioning as the Single Point of Contact for homeowners once their investment closes
  • Monitoring and ensuring closed investments have been recorded within defined SLA's
  • Processing investment payoff statement requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, finance or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience with mortgage, loan post-closing, or default servicing (highly preferred)
  • Experience reading mortgage and/or default documents
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure within a deadline-oriented environment
