Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Sexual and Reproductive Health Pregnancy Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead project management and process improvement to ensure meaningful progress
- Create and track market OKRs and implementation dashboards aligned with organizational priorities and SRH/pregnancy roadmaps
- Partner with our Learning and Development team to advance a best in class SRH training
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors required
- 5+ years of experience in care strategy and related operations
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership
- Strong quality improvement and performance measurement skills
- Proven track record for working well across community-based teams with a racial equity lens
