Job Summary

A human capital management software company has an open position for a Remote SFDC Principal Architect in Cincinnati.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking the Technical Lead role on SFDC development initiatives
  • Designing and developing solutions first leveraging out of box features
  • Building custom integration using web technologies and tools

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, MIS or related technology field
  • At least 7 years of SFDC experience or 10 years of Object-oriented development experience
  • 5 years of SFDC experience
  • Experience in SDLC processes, architectural patterns, and development frameworks
  • Integrating Salesforce cloud solution with enterprise applications, identify, and access management and 3rd party products
  • Proven track record creating a common architecture vision
