Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote SGS Trust Enablement Security Contract Advisor in Newtown Square.

Must be able to:

• Support the regional field legal teams as Security expert to assess security risks and propose contractual wording regarding Security, compliance and Data Protection
• Initiate consultation with Security subject matter experts and the Information Security Officers of the respective solution groups

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Expected Travel: 0 - 10%
• Affinity to contractual wordings and precision of terms
• Solid background in Information Security Management System (ISMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS, SDLC) and global Data Protection Regulations (e. g. GDPR, CCPA)
• General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings
• Fluent English with ability to present and negotiate, multilingual would be beneficial
• Verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to attorneys, Data Privacy officers and Security officers
