Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Shared Services Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing objectives with senior management to ensure success of operation.
  • Being responsible for performance reviews against set goals and provide feedback for employee career growth
  • Working closely with engineering team members, architects to design, develop and test all tiers of the application

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in team management
  • 8+ years' of experience developing Java based applications
  • Strong experience with Java 8+, JavaScript, OOP, and REST services
  • Good understanding of microservices based software design & best practices
  • Knowledge of software design patterns
