Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Shared Services Case Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review new Short Term Disability (STD) documents
- Set up new STD claims in Ultera and CHESS claim systems
- Monitors and reports on new claim inventory levels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft applications (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Good communication (oral and written) skills Excellent time management skill is required
