Job Summary
A university is in need of a Remote Shared Services Center Talent Acquisition Workforce Administration Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Draft creative ads for job posting and reviews with HR Partner for review/approval
- Complete the compensation section of the requisition for established positions
- Post ads to various job boards via applicant tracking system and other methods
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in talent acquisition, Onboarding processes, or human resources administrative role
- Demonstrated experience and strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and, with composure, work in a face paced work environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional level of customer service, to all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations. Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
