Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Shared Services Medical Financial Solutions Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directly managing 3 – 5+ Collection Supervisors / Team Leads
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports in a fast-paced environment in order to achieve operational excellence
- Communicating and understanding variances and required actions to improve key metrics and performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years of Collections Management Experience both private and third-party collections
- 5+ year’s healthcare experience in Collections or Call Center Operations
- 5 years previous management /supervisor experience
- Understand the process of hospital revenue cycle including: claims, billing, follow-up, etc
- Functional knowledge of how to manage and drive a team to meet KPI’s and revenue metrics
