Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Shared Services Talech Software as a Service Associate Director.

Must be able to:

• Manage, motivate, mentor and inspire your team members
• Own the relationship with all 3rd party providers
• Develop and maintain the necessary dashboards to ensure full visibility to vendor performance

Qualifications Include:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in a customer success, vendor/project management, professional services
• Record of building high performing teams with strong engagement, morale, and retention
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Solution and results oriented with ability to problem solve
