Job Summary

A nonprofit educational company has an open position for a Remote Shared Services Talent and Culture Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a team towards ambitious performance and professional development goals
• Proposing effective solutions to thorny issues and making critical decisions on the best course of action
• Challenging the team to seek out new and innovative approaches and solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Requires occasional travel for team meetings and retreats, as well as one organization-wide conference a year
• 7+ years of related experience in HR or related field
• Experience managing people and teams in a professional environment
• Working knowledge of US employment law
• Strong technical skills and experience with HR systems
• Proven track record with effective change management
