A home healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Shared Services Tele Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Completing a minimum of100 calls/ day to assigned accounts
• Maintaining detailed and accurate call report in CRM each business day
• Preparing and delivering professional interactions with referral sources

Position Requirements Include:

• 1 year of experience using CRM to track sales progress
• Collaborates effectively with operations and BD staff to facilitate appropriate patient admissions
• 1 year of experience in Telemarketing and outbound telesales
