Job Summary
A business services provider is seeking a Remote Shareholder Services Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering questions regarding existing mutual fund’s serviced
- Answering questions regarding existing mutual fund shareholder accounts
- Inputting basic trades into recordkeeping system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s in Business Administration, Finance or related area
- Series 6 or 7 license required or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
- 1-3 years (relevant) experience in client service or related field
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
