Job Summary

A wholesale distribution company has a current position open for a Remote Shipment and Delivery Customer Service Advocate in Orchard Park.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customer service regarding shipment/delivery, returns, credit, order status, corrections, and other customer concerns
  • Providing quotes, pricing and freight estimates
  • Following up on and track customer satisfaction

Position Requirements Include:

  • Familiarity with service level limitations & addressing the range of care requests requiring manual efforts
  • Competency in addressing the range of care requests requiring manual efforts
  • Relationship development with assigned customers
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Mastery of efficient completion of care services that can be provided without manual effort (e.g. quotes)
  • Competency in completion of care services that can be provided without manual effort (e.g. quotes)
