Job Summary
A shipping management solutions company has an open position for a Product Support Specialist (Contract).
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customers with using the company's shipping-related online application and the API
- Help the distributed Customer Success team with merchant customer account and billing concerns
- Influence customers’ adoption of paid product features as appropriate for their business
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience working in a direct customer-facing role
- Impeccable writing skills, with a focus on modifying your tone based on the context
- Ability to work across teams to get customer issues resolved
- Experience previously worked in a startup environment
- Ability to surface customers’ business needs and communicate the company's ability to meet those needs
- Experience with tools like Google Apps, Slack, Zendesk or other similar CRMs
