Job Summary

A shipping management solutions company has an open position for a Product Support Specialist (Contract).

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist customers with using the company's shipping-related online application and the API
  • Help the distributed Customer Success team with merchant customer account and billing concerns
  • Influence customers’ adoption of paid product features as appropriate for their business

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience working in a direct customer-facing role
  • Impeccable writing skills, with a focus on modifying your tone based on the context
  • Ability to work across teams to get customer issues resolved
  • Experience previously worked in a startup environment
  • Ability to surface customers’ business needs and communicate the company's ability to meet those needs
  • Experience with tools like Google Apps, Slack, Zendesk or other similar CRMs
