Job Summary
An insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Short Range Planning Forecasting Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and trending complex data
- Influencing change to bring forward Learning opportunities across the organization
- Building or developing new staffing models
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to present to senior levels within the organization
- 1 year of experience in project management or six sigma
- 3 years of experience in Business/finance analysis or Call center workforce, planning, and forecasting, etc
- Associate's degree or more in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- 1 year of capacity planning or staff modeling
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
