Job Summary

A premier kitchen, bath, and lighting company is seeking a Remote Showroom Client Services Representative in Pomona.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
• Supporting the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1+ years showroom experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong sales and marketing skills
• Proven strong showroom product knowledge
• Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate well both written and verbal
• Aability to multi-task and handle a large sales volume with proven detail oriented skills
