Job Summary
A premier kitchen, bath, and lighting company is seeking a Remote Showroom Client Services Representative in Pomona.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
- Supporting the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
- Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years showroom experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong sales and marketing skills
- Proven strong showroom product knowledge
- Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate well both written and verbal
- Aability to multi-task and handle a large sales volume with proven detail oriented skills
