Job Summary

A nonprofit emergency response organization is filling a position for a Remote Siebel CTI Developer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the US Patent and Trademark Office
  • Support tasks for integration of Genesys PureConnect with Siebel IP 20.6
  • Gather business requirements for real-time and batch data migration

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years Siebel integration design and development experience
  • Minimum of 5 years functional and technical design experience
  • Siebel 8.1+ experience is mandatory
  • Expert in Siebel Navigation, the Siebel User Interface, and Siebel Tools
  • Strong technical foundation including structured programming - C++, Java
