A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Single Point of Contact Loss Mitigation Representative in Jacksonville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with the borrower to explain loss mitigation options
• Coordinate the receipt of all necessary documents
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information

Required Skills:

• Reliable Home Internet Connection Required
• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent Required
• Self-Driven, Personally Accountable Personality
• 1 to 3 years of default mortgage financial services experience
• Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills.
• Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
