Job Summary

A regional bank of the Federal Reserve System is in need of a Remote Site Reliability Ansible Engineer in Richmond.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing thought leadership to team in new technologies, identifying / implementing / leading improvements
  • Leveraging SRE best practices - own responsibility for the availability and performance of on-prem environments
  • Leading the team through continuous improvement of production operations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years acting as a Site Reliability Engineer
  • 3+ years of application development / scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, JSON, Unix Shell, Ruby)
  • Experience supporting infrastructure for large multi-services applications and troubleshooting complex applications
  • 2+ years developing/troubleshooting complex system integrations
