Job Summary

An educational technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Site Reliability Engineer II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Improve observability, reliability, resiliency of our systems, to minimize or prevent downtime
  • Provides guidance on AWS Infrastructure setup
  • Perform Disaster Recovery exercises for our products

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience focused on SRE
  • Experience in managing & monitoring containerized cloud environments in production
  • Hands-on experience in any of the programming or scripting languages
  • Proficiency in working with CI/CD systems (Ex: Jenkins, GitHub, CircleCI, AWS CodeDeploy etc)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services
