Job Summary

A cloud-hosted, web and mobile application automated testing platform has an open position for a Remote Site Reliability Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating strategy and continuous improvement around observability
• Guiding the various engineering teams in shifting from current state to best-practice across areas of ownership
• Driving adoption of SLO’s across the organization

Qualifications Include:

• High level of technical competence
• 5 years working in a leadership role that demonstrates success around measurement, efficiency and reliability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable working with multi-location and distributed workforces
