Job Summary

A banking app has an open position for a Remote Site Reliability Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building highly scalable, performant, and secured infrastructure
  • Empowering engineers and product teams to deliver high quality service productively
  • Scaling the group through a period of rapid company growth

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of hands-on infrastructure and engineering experience in AWS or GCP
  • 3+ years of Kubernetes experience
  • 3+ years leading and managing Infrastructure Engineering teams of 5+ engineers
  • Experience scaling teams past 10+
  • Successful track record growing teams including hiring, coaching, and grooming future leaders
  • Experience with architecture transformation from monolithic to microservices, SOA, or equivalent
