Job Summary

A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Site Reliability Product Director.

Must be able to:

  • Own the strategic aspects of our reliability initiative
  • Create a strategy to manage bare metal services fleetwide
  • Build products to more effectively manage fleet health

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years driving and implementing policy, process redesign, project/program management, or consulting
  • Leading teams, preferably in multi-site organizations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; excels at providing balanced feedback to influence decision-making
  • Strong process modeling and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data
