A technology solutions provider. has an open position for a Remote Site Services Specialist .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing overall support to ensure program success
- Following up with research site staff regarding current initiatives and offer alternative solutions/services where applicable.
- Partnering with internal teams to identify pain points and offer suitable mitigation.
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience as a Research Coordinator, Regulatory, and/or Recruitment experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under limited direction while generating quality deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
