Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of Account Executives within the Skilled Nursing Market
- Determining market segments and business growth potential
- Implementing both short term and long term sales plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Salesluding experience in Assisted Living Facility Software Sales
- 2-3+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of developing, managing and motivating sales teams
- Previous experience with sales forecasting and working with a forecasting tool
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with various internal groups and external customers
