Job Summary

A for-profit career school needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Skilled Trades Diesel Instructor in Scranton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing, evaluating, and suggesting program curricula changes
  • Providing technically accurate academic support to online students
  • Offering weekly live and recorded webinars

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • This is a remote located position with limited travel and home based out of Scranton, PA
  • Associate level degree is required or 5 years of field experience in diesel technology
  • Experience with diesel truck engine repair and truck/tractor trailer repair
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Must hold ASE certification (T Series)
  • Subject matter expertise in Diesel Mechanics & Heavy Truck Maintenance
