Job Summary

A notary company is seeking a Remote Skills Development Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps
  • Developing, facilitating, and executing interesting, engaging and content-rich multi-tiered role based skills training
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to secure internal support and consensus for training programs

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales management, sales training, customer success, or sales engineering/solutions consulting
  • Experience training and/or reinforcing Sales Methodologies and strategies preferred
  • Strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audience
  • Self-starter with an exceptional ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them
  • Strong managerial, interpersonal, critical- thinking, and decision-making skills
