Job Summary
A customer relationship management software developer is seeking a Remote Slack Learning Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions with enterprise customers to scope learning needs
- Synthesize customers' business goals into clear, comprehensive learning plans and deliverables
- Continuously improve our learning programs and develop new offerings
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering learning for corporate or customer audiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to collaboratively resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Strategic thinker and problem solver focused on customer success
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal partners
