A software and cloud services company has an open position for a Remote Small and Medium Business Customer Software as a Service Onboarding and Success Manager.

  • Strategizing how to build a human-assisted, low touch onboarding model
  • Hiring and leading a team of customer success reps
  • Helping prospects and customers set up their account

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Customer Success in a SaaS company
  • Have led a team for a minimum of 2 years and built one from scratch
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing the existing processes
  • Experience in leading from the front by taking action
