A software and cloud services company has an open position for a Remote Small and Medium Business Customer Software as a Service Onboarding and Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Strategizing how to build a human-assisted, low touch onboarding model
- Hiring and leading a team of customer success reps
- Helping prospects and customers set up their account
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Customer Success in a SaaS company
- Have led a team for a minimum of 2 years and built one from scratch
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing the existing processes
- Experience in leading from the front by taking action
