Job Summary

A wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Small and Medium Sized Business Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Drive high software engagement across your customers through automated account strategies
  • Build the playbook for our new account management strategy for SMB clients
  • Onboard, implement, engage, and manage a portfolio of clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Friendly, optimistic, and a good communicator with fantastic relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of client relationships
  • 2+ years of prior account management and/or customer success experience
  • Technology-minded and able to build new processes in the CRM/email tools
  • Very organized and strong multi-tasker, who can easily manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Equally compassionate to customers as colleagues
