Job Summary
A wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Small and Medium Sized Business Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive high software engagement across your customers through automated account strategies
- Build the playbook for our new account management strategy for SMB clients
- Onboard, implement, engage, and manage a portfolio of clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Friendly, optimistic, and a good communicator with fantastic relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of client relationships
- 2+ years of prior account management and/or customer success experience
- Technology-minded and able to build new processes in the CRM/email tools
- Very organized and strong multi-tasker, who can easily manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
- Equally compassionate to customers as colleagues
