Job Summary

A security platform company is in need of a Remote Small and Midsize Business Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of Account Executives in the cyber-security space
• Creating an environment where competitive reps are driven to succeed
• Analyzing the inbound efficiency and outbound productivity

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of software or web technologies sales experience selling to a technical audience
• 1+ years of experience managing a closing sales team that is selling to a technical audience
• Experience in working and leading virtual sales teams to close business
• Competency with Salesforce.com, Gong and Outreach
