Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Small Balance Loan Agency Originator.

Must be able to:

• Achieve origination goals based upon budgeted volume targets
• Collaborate and interact with underwriting, legal, and securitization professionals
• Work closely with senior origination team to develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on small balance loans

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Demonstrated origination track record
• Six years of experience with an institutional real estate lender with responsibility for commercial real estate origination
