Job Summary
A health services company is seeking a Remote Small Business Account Retention Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Resolve billing, claims, and customer service issues in a timely basis
- Shopping for Groups at time of renewal to review optional plans and benefits
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
- Licensed Life/Health Agent
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner
