Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Small Business Account Retention Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Resolve billing, claims, and customer service issues in a timely basis
  • Shopping for Groups at time of renewal to review optional plans and benefits

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
  • Licensed Life/Health Agent
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner
