Job Summary

A financial institution is seeking a Remote Small Business Banking Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Monitors and acts on maturing loans within the portfolio
• Communicate with the front line to set up closing date and collect funding instructions
• Perform post closing activities; funds closed loans and processes income and expense fees

Required Skills:

• Associates Accounting, Finance or combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years banking experience required
• Prior experience working in Small Business Credit environment
• Knowledge and experience of small business lending and banking regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft office products and previous data entry experience
• Excellent customer service skills
