Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Small Business Banking Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall objectives to achieve desired growth of the small business segment
- Define strategies for small business products, prospecting, pricing, and sales to grow market share
- Develop and implement overall objectives to retain and deepen the small business loan, deposit, and services portfolio
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years experience in Small Business Banking
- 5+ years managerial experience
- Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns
- Sound credit skills necessary to evaluate loan requests
