Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Small Business Banking Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement overall objectives to achieve desired growth of the small business segment
• Define strategies for small business products, prospecting, pricing, and sales to grow market share
• Develop and implement overall objectives to retain and deepen the small business loan, deposit, and services portfolio

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years experience in Small Business Banking
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns
• Sound credit skills necessary to evaluate loan requests
