An e-commerce company is seeking a Remote Small Business Customer Care Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers on functionality/product related questions via phone and email
- Working with the Sales team by building out new customer accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year related work experience
- Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision
- Strong writing and phone skills
