Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Small Business Insurance Business Support Senior Analyst .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Providing operational support on current complex processes and supports business operations and management in identifying opportunities and solutions to meet current and future business needs
- Gathering information for complex processes, analyzes data and trends, identifies root causes, and develops work products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience, including: requirement gathering and documentation, operational planning and forecasting, data analytics, or current/future state analysis, in direct support of business planning initiatives and optimization of business operations
- Small commercial lines insurance experience preferred; experience as a business analyst in an insurance context acceptable
- Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and the development of management information requirements for related business functions
- Proven track record in project management and stakeholder communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
