Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Small Commercial Lines Senior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Articulating and translating the overall business vision into strategy and tactics for a particular digital experience, product, or project
• Meeting with business leads in collaboration with Technology to help develop and guide the product vision
• Interpreting the product vision to recommend how and what to build

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Generally, five years of related work experience in the insurance industry or equivalent
• Experience in managing change initiatives
• Motivated to improve organizational performance through the introduction of new ideas
