Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Small Commercial Lines Senior Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Articulating and translating the overall business vision into strategy and tactics for a particular digital experience, product, or project
- Meeting with business leads in collaboration with Technology to help develop and guide the product vision
- Interpreting the product vision to recommend how and what to build
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Generally, five years of related work experience in the insurance industry or equivalent
- Experience in managing change initiatives
- Motivated to improve organizational performance through the introduction of new ideas
- Self-starter mentality
- Strong problem-solver
- Exhibits strong written and communication skills
