Job Summary

An actuary recruitment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Small Plan DC or DB Administrator in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

• Manage the completion of annual plan administration
• Review, interpret and advise on plan documents and amendments
• Consult on issues related to IRS and ERISA compliance

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to attend client meetings to ensure communication and satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 8 years experience working as a Compliance Consultant or closely related capacity
• Extensive client management experience with proven retention
• Advanced knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974
• Understanding of 401(k) or DC plans, and must possess QKA designation or pursuing
