Software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Smart Contract Security Audit Practice Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Building our team by hiring top quality security engineers and researchers
• Ensuring we’re continuously sharpening our skills to stay at the forefront of the industry
• Implementing processes to reduce friction, enabling all team members to spend their time on what they do best

Qualifications for this position include:

• Proven experience building up technology consulting business, especially in information security
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• A technical background, or else a demonstrated curiosity and desire to understand technical details in previous roles
• A track record of achieving results, without sacrificing the happiness of your teammates
• You take a creative approach to project management centered around automation, and lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our customers informed
