Job Summary
A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Smart Home Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the Customer Advocate for customers
- Work with customers to identify key business metrics
- Establish and own relationships with key customer Business Decision Makers
Position Requirements Include:
- In depth knowledge of Smart Home and IoT technologies
- 5-10+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically
- Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment
