Job Summary

A customer experience marketing solutions company is in need of a Remote SMB Account Management Representative in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

• Protect and grow the small-medium sized business account base
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Functionally target and cross sell to achieve quarterly quotas

Position Requirements Include:

• High School plus 2-3 years of other specialized schooling or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/account management
• Track record of over-achieving targets/quotas
• Solid experience negotiating & problem solving
