Job Summary
An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote SMB Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting and exceeding product adoption targets for your book of business
- Managing a rolling pipeline of monthly renewal/expansion targets and report out on key metrics
- Inspiring, attracting, and managing a team of high performing CSMs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets and quotas
- Demonstrated experience working as a people leader in a SaaS environment for at least 2+ years
- Experience building and leading high performing geographically distributed teams
- Ability to coach and support a team in navigating customer escalations
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Background of post-sale experience with a consistent track record of driving success among customer base
