A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote SMB Customer Success Manager in Denver.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver and communicate ROI for Wurk Customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Act as a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the marketing and sales process
