Job Summary
An employment-related search engine is filling a position for a Remote SMB Growth Senior User Experience Director.
Must be able to:
- Mentor and guide UX directors, designers, researchers, writers, and design technologists
- Strategize and lead the refinement of the vision for current SMB experiences
- Develop and communicate an inspiring, business-oriented vision for future products
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience designing and launching products with seamless customer experiences
- 7+years of shipping product experiences with global brands
- 5+ years of experience managing a design team at scale for a technology product
- Extensive experience using AB testing data as well as generative and evaluative UX research
- A track record of setting, communicating and shipping a product vision many years out
- Bachelor Degree in related design or behavioral science discipline or equivalent experience
