Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SMS Client Concierge in Lexington.
Must be able to:
- Act as the first point of contact for leads, through texting according to predefined processes and scripts
- Identify a lead's readiness to speak with our client, and take appropriate action
- Use CRM system to log interactions with potential home buyers and sellers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Desktop with webcam, or laptop computer, and secure and speedy internet connection (25 mbps download, 10 mbsp upload)
- Must reside in one of these states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, NV, NC, SC, TX, VA, WI
- Typing speed of a least 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
- Experience with database management, software or systems
- Experience in a customer facing role, and in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes 100% of the time
