Job Summary

An interactive sports gaming company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Social Engagement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for our customers
• Serve as part of a collaborative team using social media channels
• Monitor for critical site issues and escalate to the proper channels to ensure a speedy resolution

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 6 months supporting DFS, sports betting, casino, or racing products
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing
• Familiarity with social media platforms and functionality
• Provide and document complete and accurate information concerning errors
• Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
• Ability to maintain professional business standards at all times
