Job Summary
An entertainment technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Social Listening Insights Lead.
Must be able to:
- Build our internal social measurement capabilities and create a center of excellence for social insights
- Lead efforts onboarding our new social listening platform
- Collaborate with Global Marketing leadership to understand objectives & needs in the social space, then designing research to support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience utilizing social sentiment and share of voice tools/data such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, etc
- Analytical, problem-solver with a passion for turning data into impactful insights
- Experience standardizing social measurement practices, helping teams set benchmarks and goals
- Interested in rolling up your sleeves to create engaging reports, dashboards, etc
- Effective at building strong relationships with colleagues and partners, with track record of being able to influence without direct reports
