Job Summary

A social media company is filling a position for a Remote Social Media Ad Quality Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Protecting the reputation of the company's ads platform
  • Building a vision and roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers
  • Developing success metrics to measure the Ad Quality team's success

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previously developed on a team of 5+ contributors
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with building products and taking them to the market
  • Experience iterating and improving products over time
  • Familiarity with full-stack engineering and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with scrum methodologies.
